I have to admit, these past few weeks have been an emotional rollercoaster ride. I might even say these past few months have been a lot of work to stay emotionally centered in my heart and to not get swept away in panic or fear. It has been a good testament of my own healthy wellness practices and to use all of the tools I have and to seek out more tools and teachers to face the challenges that 2020 has presented. I love doing yoga as a wellness practice to give me space from the outside world and to dive into my own inner world. I created this gentle seated yoga flow to help open the heart center and to bring us back to a place of joy and love. This is easy for everyone to enjoy and to practice at anytime of the day.
Please feel free do this sitting down on a blanket, pillow, or chair if you have tight hips. Be mindful of your body and if you have any injuries, do not push them. Being gentle is a great kindness we can give ourselves at this time.
